Urban Hydraulic Specialist Position Specialized in urban hydraulics, our office addresses all issues related to water management: pipelines, storage or treatment facilities, sanitation and drinking water networks. From the simplest to the most technical, these topics are at the heart of our activity. Join the hydraulics department of Annecy, a recognized player in Haute-Savoie, composed of 13 hydraulicians, young or experienced, within an agency of 36 employees. The department exclusively intervenes as a project manager in the Haute-Savoie region and the Geneva area. Projects are varied and mainly concern the fields of drinking water, sanitation, and rainwater, in all their components: collection, transport, distribution, storage, and treatment, mainly for public authorities. If you wish to work on technical and structuring projects, at the departmental scale, in connection with local actors, in urban, rural, and mountainous contexts, and if you share the passion for the field of water, this position is for you! Your Missions As a project manager, you will lead complete project management missions, accompanied by a multidisciplinary team (surveyors, design draftsmen, administrative service, and public procurement). You intervene at all stages of the project: Definition and conception of technical solutions, Consultation of companies, Follow-up and control of the implementation of works until completion. Main Responsibilities Management of hydraulic projects: from initial conception to commissioning, in collaboration with the team. Project management: supervision of each phase, in compliance with standards, deadlines, and budget, with a high level of demand for execution quality. Communication and coordination: ensure constant liaison with clients, partners, and companies to guarantee the smooth progress of projects. Profile Sought Education: Degree in hydraulic engineering (ENSE3, ENGEES, ENSEEIHT, INSA, etc.) or equivalent Bac+5, or equivalent professional experience acquired in a company. Experience: Significant initial experience (5 to 7 years minimum) in project management or in public works companies. Skills: Solid knowledge in urban hydraulics (drinking water and sanitation), Diligence, organizational skills, and autonomy, Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, Ability to anticipate and propose, Synthesis skills and taste for fieldwork.
