Project Manager

Location: New Jersey (North & Central) Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + Benefits A leading General Contractor with over 100 years of experience is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large ground-up construction projects across New Jersey. Projects include healthcare, institutional, industrial, commercial, and parking structures , with values ranging from $100M to over $1B . Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, and clients. Lead project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Ensure quality, safety, and contract requirements are met. Work primarily on-site, providing day-to-day leadership throughout construction. Requirements Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects for a General Contractor. Experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally $100M+ . Strong knowledge of structural concrete and structural steel construction. Experience managing projects from sitework through completion. Background in healthcare, institutional, industrial, commercial, or similar projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
