Policy Team Coordinator (Independence Title - Main Office)

Independent Title in the Austin Area, Texas (Main Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Policy Team Coordinator . Responsibilities Adhere to all Company rules, regulations and Best Practices Policies, and all escrow policies and procedures as defined in the Texas Title Insurance Basic Manual ("Basic Manual"). Handle Policy Department projects. Provide policy reporting and submit backups. Assist with underwriter policy inventory audits. Provide support and handle escrow email inquiries. Assist, as needed, with typing policies, pulling policy jackets, scanning policies, emailing and mailing policies with cover letters, and processing HOI submissions, ensuring accuracy and meeting production goals. Maintain productive communication and collaborate effectively with team members. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients. Be available to work 8 am – 5 pm, Monday–Friday, with a one‑hour lunch break at the Austin main office. Three years or more of escrow experience with a title company (strongly preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required). Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel (required). Prior RamQuest experience (preferred but not required).
