Mental Health Therapist

Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) Compensation: $50-$55/hr. Schedule: Part Time or Full Time available Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team within a structured PHP/IOP Outpatient Treatment Center. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in trauma‐informed care, exceptional therapeutic skills, and a passion for supporting clients navigating complex mental health and substance use challenges. This role is well‑suited for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment, values evidence‑based treatment, and is committed to fostering long‑term healing and empowerment. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy using trauma‑informed, evidence‑based modalities (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF‑CBT, Somatic therapies). Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with program standards and client needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate and deliver integrated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with state and program requirements. Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities. Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation support as needed. Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, program protocols, and legal regulations (HIPAA, BBS standards, Joint Commission, etc.). Qualifications Must hold an active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD). Must be able to provide Clinical Supervision to associate level therapist. Strong understanding of trauma‑informed care and evidence‑based treatment models. Experience working with adult clients in mental health or dual‑diagnosis settings. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced clinical environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
