Hvac Service Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Hamilton, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Troubleshoot and repair VRF and ERV systems
Diagnose refrigeration and control-related issues
Perform preventive maintenance and service work
Read and interpret mechanical and control schematics
Work independently in active commercial environments
Communicate professionally with site personnel and customers

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
Hands-on experience with VRF and ERV equipment
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and controls
Experience servicing hotels, office buildings, or large commercial facilities
Pass required pre-employment screen
