Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns designed to generate customer interest and sales. Engage with prospective customers and present products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Participate in in-person promotional activities and community events. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Support sales activities and promotional initiatives to achieve team goals. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer engagement objectives. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
