Position Overview We are hiring a highly experienced Reconstruction Contractor to take full ownership of interior reconstruction projects following water/fire/smoke/mold damage mitigation. This is a fast‑paced, commission‑based role for a self‑sufficient professional who does not require hands‑on training and can independently manage projects from estimate to final payment. You will be responsible for client communication, estimating, production management, team oversight, material procurement, and financial performance of each job.
