Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Salary: $125k - $145k per year. Position: Full‑time. FLSA Status: Exempt. You will provide medication management and individual psychotherapy, and may also provide family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing. You will customize care for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration. Patients are managed within a collaborative interdisciplinary team of physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Clinicians work between Monday and Friday, typically from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with freedom to create their own custom schedule. Clinical care and documentation is your responsibility; billing and collections are handled by the support team. Leadership & Advancement Opportunities exist to become a senior psychotherapist or site supervisor. Licensure, Education & Experience Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Experience working with patients with mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric conditions. New graduates are welcome.
