Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working.
Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers
Has a flexible schedule that allows for various shifts with weekend availability.
Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs
Previous Shift Leader Experience Required. You are eager to lead a team
Serv Safe Food Handler or Food Manager Certification preferred but not required
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Job Duties Include:

Taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
Making food and smoothies according to brand standards
Prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Stocking and clean-up
Handle last-minute absences and schedule changes
Train and coach new employees
Assigning duties to staff during shifts
Perform food safety temperature checks
Prepare nightly deposit and complete closing tasks
Assists team with preparing catering orders

Salary:

Starting $16 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!).
Increased Pay with experience and availability.

Prior Shift leader or management experience required
Flexible schedule
Customer Service-Oriented
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working on your feet for full shift
Serv Safe Food Handlers or Food Manager Certification Preferred
