Customer-First Retail Associate - Merchandising & POS

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc.

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. You will assist shoppers, process transactions, and support merchandising to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or nonprofit experience is a plus, and bilingual skills are preferred. Benefits are provided for full-time team members.
