PTA - Trellis Chino (Healthcare) Now Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Trellis Location: Chino, CA Pay Range: $38.00-$41.00 per hour, DOE Trellis is a beautiful skilled nursing facility located in Chino, California. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role supports the delivery of high-quality patient care by implementing physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Position Purpose: To assist in providing effective, patient-centered physical therapy services in accordance with established treatment plans, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
