About the Role We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and support both our Full-Time and Contract Staffing divisions. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruiting lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, submissions, interview coordination, and offer management. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, excellent sourcing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven staffing environment. Responsibilities Recruit qualified candidates for Full-Time and Contract opportunities. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Curately, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other channels. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls. Understand client requirements and identify candidates who closely match the position. Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, text, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future openings. Prepare qualified candidates for client submission and ensure accurate candidate documentation. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain consistent candidate follow-up. Manage candidates through the offer and onboarding process. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in JobDiva and other ATS platforms. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Client Engagement teams on recruiting priorities. Follow Binding Minds' recruiting SOPs, outreach guidelines, submission procedures, and compliance requirements. Meet established weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Recruit for permanent positions across specialized professional functions. Develop targeted talent pipelines for niche and difficult-to-fill positions. Conduct thorough candidate qualification and motivation assessments. Manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process. Support fast-paced and time-sensitive contract requirements. Identify candidates based on skills, availability, location, compensation, and client-specific requirements. Maintain ready-to-engage pipelines for recurring and high-volume contract programs. Coordinate onboarding and ensure candidates are prepared to start assignments on time. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred. Experience recruiting for Full-Time and/or Contract positions. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting/ATS platforms. Excellent communication and interviewing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities. Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment. Strong follow-up skills and a sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative recruiting team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
