We are looking for a Science Coordinator for an international school in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025. About the schoolThis is an international school located in Haidian. The school offers a combination of the national curriculum and US Common core to its students in elementary and middle school, and US Common core, AP, IGCSE and A-Level in high school. Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of science to primary school students utilizing US Common Core and next generation science and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experienceDevelop hands-on experiments, lab activities, and digital resources to enhance student engagementSupport teachers in lesson planning, differentiation, and assessment strategies tailored to diverse learnersOversee science laboratories, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk assessment protocolsMonitor student progress through data analysis, implementing interventions for underperforming studentsStay updated on advancements in science education research and technology toolsPrepare reports on departmental performance, student outcomes, and resource needs for leadershipCommunicate with parents about curriculum updates, student achievements, and science eventsJob requirementsBachelor degree or above in the related subjectTeaching certificateThree or more years teaching experience in the subjectExcellent communications skillsSalary and benefitsAnnual Salary 380,000 to 480,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 8,800 RMB or free on-campus lodgingMonthly leadership bonus is 3,000 RMBPaid summer and winter holiday and public holidaysContract fulfillment bonusInternational cover health Insurance for teachers and their dependentsSocial Insurance & Medical InsuranceFlight to school from point of origin and relocation allowanceVisa fees are covered by the schoolAnnual flight allowance3 meals free for school daysEducation for dependents (5-18 years)Professional development opportunitiesRich staff activities, clubs.
