Production Associate - Molding Operator

Third Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Operate molding machines during production runs
• Inspect molded products for defects and color accuracy
• Sort quality products from nonconforming parts
• Package finished products for shipment
• Complete production and inspection documentation
• Label materials accurately
• Perform light assembly duties as needed
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Manufacturing or production experience preferred

Machine operator experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail

Ability to identify defects and color variations

Experience with packaging, sorting, or assembly

Ability to read and follow written instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Sunday through Thursday

Paid Breaks Include:

This position is located in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in Emigsville, PA. Employees work around molding equipment performing inspection, sorting, packaging, and light assembly tasks. The environment is organized, safety-focused, and designed for long-term employee success.

• Plain shirt or sweatshirt

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
