This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families’ homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.**What You’ll Do*** Respond to service calls as needed* Perform mitigation services following Thomasville Restoration guidelines* Support Crew Chiefs, field technicians, and other production personnel* Communicate with Crew Chiefs and technicians to ensure customer needs are met* Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure drying standards and customer requirements are achieved* Complete work according to the Crew Chief’s scope of services* Supervise production technicians and temporary laborers* Train production technicians on processes, IICRC standards, equipment maintenance, and customer service* Assist Crew Chiefs with managing production direct costs* Participate in on-call rotation and respond to qualifying events as required* Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas* Take initiative and identify ways to improve efficiency* Handle recurring and unique tasks as business needs require**Who You Are*** Minimum 1 year of disaster restoration experience required (multiple years preferred)* 2+ years of water mitigation experience preferred* Valid driver’s license required* IICRC certification preferred* Able to lead, train, and supervise field personnel* Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills**Your Impact** As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you play a critical role in protecting homes and businesses after disaster strikes.
