The Role
- Full-time small-animal position focused on delivering high-quality, preventive medicine and general practice care
- Provide comprehensive wellness exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, dental care, behavior consultations, and compassionate end-of-life support
- Utilize on-site lab, imaging, and dental radiography to diagnose and treat common conditions
- Perform routine surgeries and dental procedures with support from skilled veterinary technicians
- Manage drop-off appointments and maintain thorough medical records
- Build trusted client relationships and communicate treatment plans clearly
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture while mentoring and supporting clinical teammates
- Practice with medical autonomy while following clinic protocols and quality standards

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility) preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills with a preventive-care mindset
