Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to formulate a complete understanding of client needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, integrating their goals and cultural considerations to ensure effective and relevant therapeutic approaches.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group modalities.

  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, working in coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to organizational policies and relevant regulatory standards.

  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage mental health challenges.

  • Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to deliver well-rounded care to patients.

  • Perform regular outcome assessments, tracking treatment progress, and making adjustments to plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.
  • \n
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for establishing rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly in telehealth or remote settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and education.
