Cognitive/Behavioral Neurologist

We are seeking a Locums Cognitive / Behavioral Neurointerventional to provide outpatient clinic-only coverage in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role focuses on the evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment. The position offers an opportunity to work with a predominantly geriatric patient population, addressing conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cognitive impairment. Practice Info Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic only Patient Population: Adults ages 22 and older, predominantly geriatric Daily Mix: Combination of new and follow-up patients Approximately 3-4 new patients per day Approximately 6-8 follow-up visits per day EMR System: Epic Responsibilities Evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders Compensation $250 Per Hour Shift & Schedule Minimum of 4 days per week required Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour days) Days: Flexible based on provider availability No call, no weekends Requirements Completion of a Cognitive Neurology and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship Dementia Fellowship strongly preferred Board certification or eligibility in Neurology Active or eligible New Jersey medical license Strong experience in outpatient cognitive and dementia care
