On-Site Property Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $500.00 per month plus $500.00 discounted on rent for on-site housing.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will live on-site, maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective tenants, assist with leasing and marketing efforts, and respond to emergencies as needed.
Because this is a live-on-site position, the Property Manager is expected to be available for after-hours emergency calls and to promptly notify ownership of any urgent issues requiring immediate attention.
Responsibilities
- Market available units through online listings, signage, and other approved advertising methods.
- Show available units to prospective tenants and answer questions regarding the property.
- Process rental inquiries and assist with leasing activities.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current residents.
- Respond professionally and promptly to tenant questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors or maintenance personnel.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls and take appropriate action.
- Immediately contact ownership regarding emergencies or other urgent issues that require management attention.
- Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal.
- Monitor vacant units and common areas.
- Maintain accurate leasing and tenant records.
- Enforce community rules and lease provisions in a professional and consistent manner.
- Rent collection is managed through Door Loop.
