Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Supervisor (3rd Shift)Location: Strasburg, OHShift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift manufacturing team at our Strasburg, Ohio facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while fostering a positive team environment and supporting employee development.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can effectively manage production priorities, and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoLead and promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.Drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.Coordinate staffing and workforce assignments to support production goals.Monitor and report production metrics, scrap/yield results, attendance, and timekeeping information.Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and cross-functional departments.Build teamwork and collaboration across departments and facilities.Coach, mentor, train, and develop team members for future growth opportunities.Address production challenges and make timely decisions to support shift operations.Provide hands-on support as needed to ensure safe and efficient production.Success in This RoleThe successful candidate will:Be a proactive, organized leader who can work independently and collaboratively.Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Effectively balance customer expectations, production demands, and resource planning.Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Serve as a positive role model for all employees.Work EnvironmentManufacturing facility environment with exposure to production equipment and machinery.Required use of safety glasses and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable.Frequent walking, standing, and communication with production personnel.Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.May occasionally travel to other facilities or customer locations.Why Join Our Team?At Kleen Test Products, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a team that delivers quality products to our customers every day.
