The Role

We're looking for a data-driven Data Scientist to help us better understand our users, products, and AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, AI, and business strategy. You'll work closely with founders, engineers, and product teams to uncover insights, build analytics frameworks, measure product performance, and help guide decisions that shape the future of AI-powered creative tools.

A Typical Day

• Define and track key product, growth, and AI performance metrics
• Analyze user behavior, retention, conversion funnels, and creator workflows
• Design and evaluate experiments to improve product experience and business outcomes
• Build internal dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that support company-wide decision making
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or related quantitative roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Experience working with product analytics, experimentation, and data visualization
• Strong statistical thinking and ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in AI, creator economy, music, media, or creative technology

Bonus Points

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or generative AI products
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or GA4
• Experience with Python, data modeling, and machine learning workflows
• Experience in audio, music, video, gaming, or creator-focused products
