We’re seeking talented and self-motivated software engineers to join the DevTools team in the Developer Experience org. As a DevTools developer, you play a crucial role in boosting the development velocity with advanced and polished developer toolchains. Locations San Jose, California, US (Salary Range: $75k—$300k USD) Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain Dubai, UAE Responsibilities Design, develop, deploy, and optimize a set of developer toolings: CI, static code analysis, coding copilot, software release tooling, distributed compile, build/test tooling, code coverage, etc. Proactively pinpoint bottlenecks and weak areas in the daily development workflow, and design, implement and deploy high-quality solutions. Collaborate with engineer teams to collect requirements and build in your own technical insights to improve development workflows and toolings. Qualifications A BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience of with developer toolchains, or experience as similar requirement roles, such as Software Engineer in Tools and Infrastructure.> Skilled using well-known toolings such as Bazel, Buildbarn, Clang-tidy, Gitlab, etc. High proficiency in Python. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferences Experience in C++ or Go. Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes. We appreciate your interest in joining Tensor.
