Title: Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master (AI & Customer Experience)
Location : Boca Raton, FL - 5 days onsite
Type: 6 month contract to hire

Required Skills:
- They are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master to support enterprise AI and customer experience transformation initiatives.
- This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, driving requirements gathering, product ownership, Agile delivery, and process improvement efforts.
- The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis and product ownership experience with Agile leadership skills and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Experience supporting AI, conversational AI, chatbot, virtual agent, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Background in customer experience (CX), digital transformation, contact center, or workflow optimization programs.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management platforms.
