Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify their therapeutic needs.

• Providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals, focusing on enhancing interpersonal relationships and resolving conflicts.

• Managing a caseload that may involve sensitive issues such as alcohol and drug abuse, grief and loss, trauma from abuse, job-related stress, adjustment to separation or divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific challenges and goals of each client.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate constructive dialogue among family members and improve communication skills.

• Documenting all client interactions and progress in a timely and organized manner in line with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
