Sr Manager, Program Management

The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leadership role within Corporate Operations, responsible for driving large-scale, complex, cross-functional global supply chain programs that support enterprise priorities across multiple business units.This role will lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives in a highly regulated medical device environment, partnering closely with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution & Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D. The Senior Program Manager will translate business strategy into executable program roadmaps, establish strong governance, manage risks and interdependencies, and ensure programs deliver measurable operational and financial value.The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with deep global supply chain expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to influence across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization.KnowledgeThe Senior Program Manager should bring strong knowledge of:Global supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field requiredMBA or advanced degree preferred15+ years of progressive experience in program or project management5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiativesStrong experience in global supply chain, operations, or manufacturingExperience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated industryProven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level transformation programsExperience partnering with senior leadership across multiple functions and business unitsDemonstrated experience leading executive governance forums or steering committeesExperience managing program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and business case deliverablesExperience driving initiatives related to network optimization, cost transformation, supply continuity, operational efficiency, or digital supply chain capabilitiesExperience mentoring project managers or contributing to PMO capability developmentProficiency with program/project management tools such as Planview, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platformsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferredReady to make a
