Job Description Summary Job Title: Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Sign on Bonus: $15,000 Perform ultrasound procedures at the entry level requiring knowledge of anatomical positioning and physiology. Must be able to perform high‑quality ultrasound examinations for interpretation by a physician on children, adolescents, and adults. Produce high‑quality images for physician interpretation across pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient populations. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or ARRT(S) required at the time of employment. Certification by the ARDMS preferred. One year of modality‑specific ultrasound experience preferred. Must have completed the SPI exam prior to the hire date. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized provider (e.g., AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider).
