Quality Control Technician - laptop computer repairs

Job Description

IT Firm in Raleigh-Durham NC is seeking a Quality Control Technician to work with laptop computers. Previous experience with computer QC, hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. You must be available to work Monday to Friday 7AM to 4PM. (No part-time available). Overtime and weekend work as needed.
Requirements:

Previous computer QC, repair, diagnosis, and/or troubleshooting experience.

Relevant IT certifications (A+, Security+, or Network+).

Hardware knowledge of standard computer components.

Skilled in Office applications (excel, word).

Experience with Windows and Chrome OS operating systems.

Experience with inventory tracking
