In this position you will be responsible for delivering high quality food and excellent customer service at two of the campus's most popular venues – Der Rathskeller and the Memorial Union Terrace Brat Stand. The duties of this position will include- food preparation and serving as well as directing and coordinating the work of student staff. Work Schedule and Location: This position is scheduled to work a combination of days, nights and weekends. Operational and work schedules will be closely aligned with the services and customer needs of our units. As a result, work schedules will be adjusted during specific times of the year to meet demand.
