The Phlebotomist Float performs venipuncture and capillary puncture on adults, neonates, and pediatric patients; collects urine specimens; participates in the instruction of new personnel; works with computer; communicates in a manner that promotes Laboratory professionalism as well as a comfortable phlebotomy.
