Contractual LCSW Residency Supervisor (Part-Time)

Contractual Lcsw Residency SupervisorsCompass Behavioral Group is seeking contractual Lcsw residency supervisors to provide high-quality clinical supervision to social work residents delivering home- and clinic-based therapy services. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for experienced Lcsws who are passionate about developing emerging clinicians. Supervisors will work independently while receiving support and consultation from compass leadership. This position will supervise residents who will be providing 4-8 hours/week of services per youth/family. Youth in our programs have mental health diagnoses and behavioral concerns. Services aim to help the child and their family develop healthy patterns of relating, decrease concerning symptoms, and behavior, and improve overall functioning and well-being.
