Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department (mid-shift) position requiring a minimum of 1 year of recent ED experience and Cerner EMR proficiency.

Details

• Emergency Department (ED) unit in a hospital setting
• Mid-shift schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• 8-week contract duration; candidates seeking a 13-week contract will also be considered
• Cerner EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active AR RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — none may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Permanent residence must be 50+ miles from the facility
• Valid U.S. driver's license required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Local candidates are not eligible for this position — candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
