Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
• Valid Audiologist License for California
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to promoting equity and access for all students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for students, identifying those in need of support
• Develop and implement individualized audiology intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create effective strategies for students’ success
• Provide staff training on hearing technology and accommodations
• Monitor and maintain hearing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as a resource on auditory health within the school community
