This role plays a key part in providing efficient service to guests and contributing to a positive dining experience.**Essential Functions and Duties:*** Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.* Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.* Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.* Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.* Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required.* Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.* Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.* Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.* Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:*** Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.* Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist servers and provide excellent guest service.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.**Work Environment:*** Primarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking required throughout the shift.* Exposure to cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.* Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and handle repetitive physical tasks such as clearing and resetting tables.* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.**Other Duties:**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
