Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – NightsProvide comfort when patients need it most.The Care Team Hospice is seeking two Full-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our New Philadelphia team. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate bedside support for hospice patients during overnight hours while working alongside our experienced On-Call Registered Nurses.You'll care for patients who are actively transitioning, require overnight symptom management, or need additional support when family caregivers or facility staff need assistance.
