As our Recruiting Director, you'll lead the Market Center's recruiting efforts by attracting high-performing real estate professionals, guiding them through the hiring process, and helping create an environment where agents can thrive.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-target earnings: $100,000 - $120,000+

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000+ per year OTE

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier real estate professionals who align with our company's values and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, offering support and feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse talent pipeline that meets current and future business needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are well-integrated and set up for success from day one.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading recruitment strategies within the real estate industry, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering trust and open communication.
• Proven track record of collaborating with team leaders to identify talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Skilled in guiding candidates through the interview process, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Experience in implementing innovative sourcing techniques to expand talent pools and enhance market presence.
• Ability to organize and conduct engaging recruitment events that showcase company culture and career opportunities.
• Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
