As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Ammon, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This role blends customer service, communication, and teamwork while supporting daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access control practices, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support store operations during opening, closing, peak traffic periods, and/or special events by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
