You'll build relationships with residents, encourage participation, and help create activities, events, outings, and everyday moments that bring connection, purpose, and joy.What You'll DoYou'll work with our Activities team to organize and facilitate engaging programs for our residents. Depending on the day, that might mean:Leading games, bingo, crafts, or paintingHelping residents enjoy gardening and outdoor activitiesAssisting with concerts, celebrations, and special eventsParticipating in fishing trips, picnics, and community outingsEncouraging residents to participate and helping everyone feel welcomePreparing activity spaces and materialsWorking with fellow CarePartners to create positive experiences for our residentsNo two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, organization, and initiative to the role.Who We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are:An excellent communicatorDependable and self-motivatedPositive and able to work well as part of a teamCreative, energetic, and comfortable engaging with othersOrganized and willing to take initiativeComfortable using computers and learning new systemsAble to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentExperience working in activities, recreation, volunteer coordination, senior living, long-term care, or with older adults is preferred. A CDL is preferred but not required.ScheduleThis is a full-time position supporting resident programming throughout the week.
