Title: Senior Industrial Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: Long Term

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer with strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence within a manufacturing environment. Medical device manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis initiatives.
Identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
Analyze manufacturing KPIs and use data-driven methods to drive improvements.
Lead cross-functional projects with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Coach teams on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory requirements, and medical device manufacturing practices.

Required Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
