At Voysey's, our fine dining steak centric concept features in-house dry aged Prime steaks on our custom wood fire grill as well as local seafood and handmade pastas. In the Living room, our polished bar venue, expertly composed dishes are served with an emphasis on local products. The PM Dishwasher supports the culinary team at Cassique Clubhouse by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations during evening and weekend service.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas
• Properly operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, mats, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen staff as needed during service periods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Evening and weeknight shifts required
• Weekend availability required
• Scheduled day off every Tuesday
• Flexibility to work holidays and busy service periods as needed

This is a Full Time PM position.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
