About the Role
The Company is in search of an SVP of Global Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of strategies for global market expansion and brand recognition. The successful candidate will be a data-driven and results-oriented leader, responsible for maximizing new customer acquisition and driving growth in recurring revenue. This role demands a visionary who can create and communicate a compelling go-to-market vision, infuse a data-driven culture, and achieve customer acquisition goals through a variety of marketing programs. The SVP will also be tasked with building the brand into a globally recognized leader and will work closely with product and technology teams to ensure an innovative and aligned product roadmap. Candidates for this pivotal role at the company must possess exceptional EQ, be adept at operational excellence, and have a proven track record in leadership and team management. Experience in scaling and growing organizations, as well as a strong focus on results and delivery, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for combining strategic thinking with technology to automate customer acquisition and growth. They should also have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on new customer acquisition and existing customer retention, and be familiar with B2B2C software solutions. A deep understanding of market research, customer engagement, and experience with marketing automation software is highly valued. The SVP of Global Marketing will be expected to embody the company's values and culture, with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and innovation.
