Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Proficiency in invasive cardiac procedures and perioperative patient monitoring
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care to Cath Lab patients
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Continuously monitor and assess patient status, recognizing urgent changes and responding accordingly
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Ensure adherence to established infection control and safety protocols
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the procedure and recovery process
