Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.## **Department Overview**DRN, a Motorola Solutions company, equips LPR cameras to scan license plates every day, building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries. DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily. DRN Data, a Motorola Solutions company, is at the forefront of license plate recognition (LPR) data and analytics. We empower our clients with actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. As part of Motorola Solutions, we are scaling our operations and building a world-class sales organization. We are looking for a driven individual to be a key player in our expansion into the credit union market.## Job Description**NOTE: This position is Hybrid 1 day per week. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to Fort Worth, Texas.** DRN Data is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Sales Representative (SR) to join our growing team. This is a strategic opportunity to build a high-velocity sales engine focused on selling our Capture solutions to the credit union market. The SR will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals , and will leverage our extensive database to systematically convert data assets into predictable revenue. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting, qualification, and virtual demonstrations to negotiation and closing deals.* High-Volume Prospecting: Systematically engage a 2,000+ contact list through a high cadence of calls, emails, and social selling techniques.* Lead Generation: Actively develop a pipeline through self-prospecting activities in addition to converting company-provided leads.* Expert Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, web-based product demonstrations of our Capture solutions tailored to the specific needs of credit union marketers.* Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to manage a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and activity tracking.* Achieve and Exceed Quotas: Consistently meet and surpass daily activity metrics as well as monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition and revenue. Additional Knowledge/Skills & Desired Behaviors: * Proven sales achievement in a high-energy, phone-based selling environment is a plus.* Strong closing skills and experience winning sales campaigns.* Self-motivated with a high degree of drive and determination.* A confident individual who is a strong contributor both individually and as part of a team.* Adaptive, flexible, and customer-focused.* Experience with technology sales preferred.* Experience with Salesforce and CRM is a plus Target Base Salary Range - $50,000 to $55,000 USD + SIP Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
