• 12-hour shifts -- days 8 am - 8 pm or nights 8 pm - 8 am
• 35 - 40 babies per day on average
• Level 3 NICU
• Pre-rounding on critical and IV fluid patients -- shared interdisciplinary rounds
• Intubation, central line, lumbar puncture, PAL, and PICC placement required
• High risk delivery attendance required -- no transport responsibilities
• NRP certification required
