Cardiology Physician

Shift(s) Description: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM + As-Needed Night Call

Coverage Dates:

ASAP (anticipated mid-September after credentialing)
6 9 Month Assignment

Practice Details:

Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Hospital
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + As-Needed Night Call
EMR System: Epic
Patient Volume: Not Specified

Practice Highlights:

Full-time coverage preferred (4 weeks/month)
Will consider providers available 2 weeks/month or 2 physicians on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
Approximately 3 days/week in the outpatient clinic
Approximately 1 day/week supervising stress tests
Inpatient consults and stress lab coverage
Hospital consult service as needed
Read Nuclear Stress Tests (Preferred, Not Required)
Floating between two nearby facilities
Solo practice with current staffing transition

Requirements:

Board Certified in Cardiology (Required)
Active New York License (Required)
Epic Experience (Required)
No Malpractice Claims (Required)
AHA or RQI Certifications
Cardiac Imaging Interpretation Experience
Nuclear Stress Test Reading (Preferred)
5+ Years of Experience (Preferred)
Up-to-date work history with no employment gaps exceeding 30 days
