Contractors are paid directly by Superior for completed and verified work, with materials supplied when necessary.If you run your own roofing business and want to add reliable, fast-paying jobs to your existing workload, this opportunity may be a good fit.We are looking for reliable roofing professionals experienced in areas such as: Roof Inspections & Diagnostics Identifying and locating roof leaksEvaluating storm-related damageInspecting flashing and ventilation systemsIdentifying potential moisture or mold concerns Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance Replacing damaged shingles or tilesRepairing nail pops and minor puncturesApplying sealant around vents and flashingCleaning gutters and handling minor gutter repairs Roof Replacements & Larger Repairs (Estimate Required) Roof tear-offs and underlayment installationComplete or partial roof replacements, including asphalt, TPO, tile, and other systemsReplacing soffit and fasciaAddressing attic ventilation needs Job Documentation Taking clear before, during, and after photosProviding detailed job notes through the service portalCommunicating material requirements before work is performedContractor requirements include:Active General Liability Insurance (COI required)Valid W9 and Tax IDState roofing license where applicableOwn truck, trailer, ladder, and necessary roofing equipmentSmartphone for portal access, photos, and job updatesProfessional communication and clean, organized job sitesCompletion of a brief onboarding call before receiving work assignmentsDisqualifiers include:No current insurance coverage (General Liability and Workers' Comp required)Missing required state licensingPoor communication or insufficient work historyNo ladder or inability to safely access residential roofsFailure or unwillingness to complete the required onboarding/training callWhy work with Superior?
