Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the Cranberry Township area, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the front office support team, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Cranberry Township, PA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday thru Friday 8-5

What's the Job?

• Greet visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

• Enter visitor and customer information into the ENVOY system accurately and efficiently.

• Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, including badge preparation and distribution.

• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel promptly.

• Support administrative tasks such as mail distribution, meeting room coordination, and office supply management.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of front desk or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
