Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)

Warehouse Associate

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Perform material receipt, put away, pick, delivery, sort, and counting transactions
2. Ensure materials are counted and sorted for production and customer fulfillment, and documented through the Warehouse Management System
3. Responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received by the company and ensuring that corresponding documentation is filed and maintained accurately
4. Prepare material for shipping, including packaging items and loading and unloading trucks
5. Verify incoming shipments by reviewing and matching shipping documents against purchase orders in the Warehouse Management System
6. Ensure accurate record keeping of inventory, through cycle counts, return to stock and other managed inventory processes
7. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, safely and efficiently

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks, or similar; forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.); ERP experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading/ comprehension skills.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts.
• Ability to lift a minimum weight of 40 lbs.
