Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (Indiana or eligible for state licensure)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
