The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, and have a desire to share the love of Christ by helping our neighbors in times of need. Extensive experience working with low-income households seeking employment in order to assist them in gaining stability required. The right candidate will be comfortable in building relationships with local employers, have a very high level of attention to detail, excellent recordkeeping abilities, and have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Shall be a Christian who agrees with the Statement of Faith, as found in the By-laws for New Hope Ministries. B. Shall have at least a Baccalaureate degree in the social sciences or its equivalent in formal education and career experience. C. Shall demonstrate good human service and interpersonal skills. D. Shall possess good managerial and leadership skills. E. Possess a driver’s license and clean driving record F. Obtain and maintain 1st Aid and CPR training G. Must obtain and maintain child abuse clearances H. Must obtain and maintain mandated reporter child abuse training and serve as a mandated reporter I.
