Senior Compensation Strategist — Hybrid (US/Canada)

You will help attract, retain and motivate top talent by ensuring competitive, equitable pay structures and policy governance. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and business leaders to administer base pay, incentive plans, job evaluations and market pricing, driving annual reviews and regulatory reporting while supporting #J-18808-Ljbffr SIG Group
